ABOUT ME
My name is Jo Couling and I am an Accredited Counsellor and Senior Registered Practitioner with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have been providing counselling for individuals and couples for the past 19 years in a variety of settings, including the NHS and Relate. I now run my own private practice from a therapy room in my home, in a peaceful area just outside Durham.

LOCATION
My counselling practice is within easy reach of Durham, Newcastle and Darlington, and just one mile from Junction 61 of the A1M. Parking is available on my drive.
